The Enchantment Resort is a high-end, four-star resort situated within Boynton Canyon in Sedona. Prior to Western contact, the entire canyon was home to an impressive array of diverse food crops native to the Desert Southwest. The client sought to reintegrate these indigenous cropping systems into a production orchard that would yield an abundance of food for the resort’s guests and staff.
